Reading YMCA manager Mark Lemm had no complaints after his side's 2-0 defeat at Sandhurst Devels.

Lemm said "We were outworked and apart from the opening 10 minutes and final 10 minutes never really looked scoring.  Sandhurst will be a tough nut to crack for anyone this year but we never really gave ourselves a chance by playing the wrong way for our formation and giving them too much room to play."

Both Sandhurst goals were identical with poor marking allowing Sandhurst players 1-on-1s leaving stand in keeper Dave Lyons with no chance.

YM rallied in the final minutes after the introduction of Rob Lee and Sam Jennings but it was too little too late.
