Reading YMCA can today announce that Drew Tipper has moved up a level to try his hand with Marlow FC in the British Gas Business League division 1 south & west. The moves see's Tipper step up to semi-pro level for the 2nd time in his career after he enjoyed a short spell with Thatcham Town 6 years ago.

Tipper's goal scoring record for the club has been 2nd to none and will be sorely missed though manager Mark Lemm has bolstered his squad with the additions of Jimmy Wise (Fleet Town) and Sam Jennings (Highmoor/Ibis).

YM Boss Lemm said: 'Drew has been an excellent servant for YM and his scoring record proves that however I can't stand in the way of progress and wish him all the best'

Tipper can still remain signed on for YM as the clubs are in different league structures and if any move does not work out he will be welcome back with open arms.
