Reading YMCA bounced back from their 4-0 defeat by Highmoor/IBIS with a thumping 6-0 win over basement boys Frilsham.

YM pressurised Frilsham from the first whistle but did not break the deadlock until the 20 minute when Martin Abery played in Drew Tipper who showed great composure to finish high into the roof of the net.

A mazy run from Nader Edmunds almost ended with him doubling the lead before Scott Allen scrambled home a corner to register his 1st goal since returning to the club from Cookham Dean.

Whilst the 1st half was competitive, the 2nd half was one-way traffic with YM going 4-0 up by the hour mark.  A solo effort from Abery made it 3-0 and then Johnny Adey raced on to debutant Scott Gibson's pass to tap in after his initial effort was saved by the keeper.

Tipper played in Abery for his second and YM's 5th before a great run and cross from Adey found Sam Jennings in the box where he slammed home a vicious left foot volley on the stroke of full-time.
